I was positioned to sell beer again and today was pretty fun and slack! Normally, doing the beer canoe is super boring but since it's Independence Day today and the park was packed, the customers kept coming and time just flew.

The Americans here are so friendly, like they'll just come up to chat with you for fun. If you do that in Singapore, people will think you're wacky or something. My "regular" customers kept calling me "Anna, the beer lady" or "the reigning beer queen" each time they walked past. And I love the kids. They are so adorable! They kept running back and forth from their tables to my beer canoe to grab ice to eat. And everytime they'll have new stories to tell me. Argh too cute. I feel like kidnapping them haha.
