Have I mentioned how much I love the OC? Yes it's at its fourth and final season now, and "out-dated", as Fen would say, but I really love it to bits. Have been catching every single episode from the first season when I was in Sec 2/3, till now. And the songs in it are awesome. It's not like Gossip Girl, where it's in cold dreary Manhattan, not like Heroes, which it's more of a fantasy show. The OC is something you can connect to, it makes you feel warm and cosy inside. I guess it's more of a sentimental thing, because it's kind of a memory of my teenage life, or how I always wished my teenage life to be. Somehow it's the atmosphere of Newport Beach that makes it so peaceful, and yet happening at the same time. The ocean by your doorstep. The slack school lifestyles. The old-school American diners. Even looking at the poster makes me feel nostalgic. When I finish watching the entire fourth season I'm going to get all the DVDs of all the seasons so I can watch it when I'm old and think back (:
