grrr singpost... okay usually they do their job well and get items delivered relatively quickly, but it really irks me when they lose stuff! how can they! i know it's hard to ensure that all hundred percent of letters get delivered but what if it's like an important letter or item? how can they lose it man:(. plus there are times when dishonest postmen cut open your envelopes to see what's inside. aye but no choice but to use singpost unless i want to deliver the letter personally.

now i'll have to bear with the loss and sort it out myself.
