went to collect the birks today. mine was, well, worse than expected, but i suppose i'll learn to like it someday. it's always like that with all the stuff i buy online, nothing comes the way i expect it to. the stuff i really can't stand (or fit), i resell them. the stuff i still can bear to keep, i start to like them after some time, albeit a little reluctantly. it's an acquired liking. haha. but i want to get another pair! gizeh next time round.

then met jiejie meimei and lala in town. my legs are tired from all that walking, my throat is burning from the green curry i ate for dinner and my eyes are dying! seriously i need to get specs, wearing contacts can be quite tiresome sometimes, especially when your eyes get dry and painful and the lenses start shifting around. maybe i'll get them on my birthday. earholes for christmas and now specs for birthday. lol.
